RSVP, then register and pay at the ride

We encourage you to RSVP to accurately prepare for the ride and for meals. 
There will be a registration/liability form for you to sign in the at the office (wooden

building) on-site. You need to do this immediately upon arrival. This is also how you

collect your vouchers for meals and t-shirts.

We do NOT accept credit cards at the ride, but prefer checks and cash. 

All participants must sign the liability release form. All horses MUST have a current negative Coggins test - the yellow copy or a new digital coggins. A photocopy of a carbon coggins is not acceptable.

Medical care is covered by Watonga Hospital and EMS ambulance at rider's expense. A medical helicopter will be called for serious injuries. It is very important that we have emergency contact phone numbers for all of our participants. If you have any special medical needs or concerns please let us know when you register.
